Warranties remain unaffected
When FORTecX Eco fuel conditioners are added to any EN590 and EN228 compliant fuel, that fuel remains fully compliant.
As a consequence of this certification, engine manufacturers are legally barred from insinuating that use of FORTecX Eco conditioners could threaten the validity of a vehicle engine warranty.
Because many other branded fuel conditioners do not comply with EN590 or EN228, it is common practice for engine manufacturers to issue general warnings about conditioners affecting warranty status. FORTecX Eco confirms that engine warranties remain unaffected by the use of its compliant products. This principle applies across all engine manufacturers where EN590 and EN228 are the prescribed fuel standards across the UK and Europe.
