FORTecX Eco Ltd was first registered in October 2020 and incorporated by its founding executives. Over the past five years the team has been driven by a mission to decarbonise global industry through advanced combustion optimisation and multi-fuel conditioning.
By identifying key markets across maritime, logistics and heavy industry, FORTecX Eco has established a robust network of distributors and end users. These partners benefit from fuel technologies that deliver substantially increased fuel economy and decreased maintenance, while addressing environmental pollution and climate change.
The breakthrough
A cornerstone of this mission has been the company’s dedicated R&D programme. That intensive research phase culminated in new FORTecX Eco formulas, each a unique proprietary technology.
It marks a significant leap forward in fuel science, offering a tangible route to reducing emissions across standard and marine fuels. FORTecX Eco is no longer just developing technology, it is deploying the tools for a cleaner, more efficient energy landscape.

Steven Craig Dunnett
Chief Executive Officer
Steven is a versatile, results-driven professional with a background in operational leadership and strategic business growth across the financial, food and fuel technology industries. As Director and CEO he demonstrates a sophisticated understanding of business processes, from managing R&D laboratory projects and logistics to translating complex testing data into actionable insight.
His expertise is highlighted by a proven ability to scale a business to £1M turnover and to manage high-value private banking portfolios worth millions in deposits and lending.
His core strengths lie in an analytical approach to problem solving, success in building stakeholder relationships, and a resilient leadership style that has consistently enabled him to meet targets and navigate businesses through challenging market conditions.
Scott Henry Bruce
Chief Financial Officer
A successful finance and sales professional with more than 20 years of experience across banking, corporate, financial and media sectors.
Scott began his career with Abbey National Bank plc, dealing with high value loans and mortgages and assisting high net worth clients with financial planning. He subsequently held senior positions in the bank’s Compliance and Merchant Services departments.
He then set up a property services company handling local authority and private contracts across the UK. As Managing Director of a large workforce he was pivotal in driving growth to an annual turnover in the millions. Scott now sits on the board of numerous companies advising on operational management, accounting, merchant services, auditing and financial planning.
Khalid “Kal” Aziz Sabri
Chief of Sales and Operations, Marine Division
Kal began his professional journey in medicine and full-contact athletics, enjoying a successful career in mixed martial arts as a representative for Scotland in European tournaments, where he achieved notable competitive success.
He subsequently qualified as a Merchant Naval Officer, specialising in onboard medical and operational duties.
Kal speaks six languages and is well regarded within senior military circles in Scotland. He leverages that network to advance the deployment of FORTecX Eco products across divisions of the Royal Navy and the British Army.
Angela Maria Bravo LLB
Non-Executive Director, Legal
Angela holds an honours degree in Law from the University of Westminster and practised as a solicitor of the Supreme Court of England, admitted and granted a practising certificate in 1994.
She then began an independent career specialising in industrial injuries, corporate administration and litigation, acquisitions and mergers, corporate contractual matters and property investment.
She was managing partner of Bailey Bravo Jobling of Buckingham until 2006, when she retired from practice to have a family and concentrate on corporate and investment ventures, occasionally taking the role of Chair of the Board.
Akib Sabri (BEng )
Chief Technical Officer
Akib holds dual engineering degrees in aircraft engineering from the University of the Highlands and Islands and Perth Aviation College, and further qualified as a Marine Engineer at the Glasgow Naval Academy.
As technical officer he contributes in-depth knowledge of engine functions, dynamics and the combustion aspects of various engines and their power to fuel outputs.
Outside work he excels in martial arts and has represented Team Scotland. He is an avid hill walker and a serious airsoft enthusiast, and a great team player with an energetic personality.
Gary Bostock
Senior Board Advisor
Gary began his career in sales and strategy and moved into the purchasing and selling of precious metals and gemstones, owning and managing two successful auction houses.
He went on to lead several public campaigns, recruiting and training field sales and in-store promotions for major UK companies.
He now advises the board on the strategic growth and development of the FORTecX Eco campaign, bringing over a decade of experience and knowledge of the current product range, with marketing skills that add significant value.
