FORTecX Eco Ltd is a company registered in Scotland, number SC677906, with its registered office at FORTecX Eco Suites, 3rd Floor, 24 Blythswood Square, Glasgow G2 4BG, Scotland. For the purposes of UK data protection law we are the data controller for personal information collected through this website.

What we collect
We collect only what you give us. If you complete the enquiry form on this site we collect your name, company, email address, and optionally your phone number, country, sector, approximate volume and the content of your message.
Our web host records standard server log data, including IP address, browser type and pages requested. This is generated automatically by the hosting infrastructure and is used for security and troubleshooting.
Why we use it
We use enquiry information solely to respond to your enquiry and, where relevant, to provide technical or dosing guidance, quotations and distributor information. Our lawful basis is legitimate interest in responding to a business enquiry you initiated, and where you have ticked the consent box, your consent.
We do not sell your information, and we do not use it for automated decision making or profiling.
Who we share it with
Enquiry submissions are delivered by email to our team. We do not pass enquiry information to any customer relationship management or email marketing platform.
Our web hosting provider processes data on our behalf as a data processor. Where you follow a Buy Now link to our shop at fortecxeco.com, that site’s own privacy terms apply to any purchase you make there.
How long we keep it
We keep enquiry correspondence for as long as needed to deal with your enquiry and any resulting business relationship. In practice we retain it for two years from our last contact with you, unless it forms part of an ongoing contract or we are required to keep it longer for legal or accounting purposes.
Your rights
Under UK data protection law you have the right to request access to the personal data we hold about you, to have inaccurate data corrected, to request erasure, to restrict or object to processing, and to data portability. Where processing is based on consent, you may withdraw that consent at any time.

Cookies and third-party content
This site uses only cookies that are necessary for it to function. We do not use analytics, advertising or tracking cookies, and we do not profile visitors.
Two elements load content from Google: web fonts, used site-wide for typography, and an embedded map on the contact page. Loading these involves a request to Google, which will receive your IP address. If you would prefer to avoid this, most browsers allow third-party content to be blocked.
